“Untecho”, “we” or “us” means Untecho Labs, the operator of School+ (also written SchoolPlus). “School” or “you” means the institution that subscribes to the platform. “Users” means everyone the School allows to sign in — administrators, teachers, staff, students and parents. “Platform” means the School+ web application, school-branded web addresses, the School+ Android app and the Untecho console.

School+ provides tools for attendance, timetables, syllabus tracking, homework, exams and report cards, fees and receipts, transport, certificates, notices and communication, plus optional add-on modules the School can switch on. We may improve, add or retire features over time; we will give reasonable notice before withdrawing a feature the School relies on.

• The School's administrator creates and manages all user accounts and is responsible for who is given access.
• Each user must keep their password private, enable two-factor authentication where offered, and tell the School immediately if an account is compromised.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. The School must remove users who leave the institution.
• We may suspend an account that threatens the security or integrity of the platform, and will inform the School when we do.

• Licence. The School's dashboard is activated with a licence key for a fixed term (typically 1, 3 or 5 years). Keys are issued after payment, work once, and are bound to one School. Renewing early adds time to the remaining term.
• Subscription fees. Where the School is on per-student billing, the monthly fee is the agreed rate multiplied by the number of enrolled students at billing time. A one-time setup fee may apply at onboarding.
• Taxes. Fees are exclusive of GST, which is added at the prevailing rate where Untecho is registered. Tax invoices show our GSTIN, the SAC code and the CGST/SGST or IGST split; a School that provides its own GSTIN receives B2B invoices it can use to claim input credit.
• Due dates. Invoices are payable by the due date shown on them. If an invoice stays unpaid beyond the grace period agreed with the School, we may suspend access until it is settled; data is preserved during suspension.
• Refunds. Fees for a licence term or billing period that has begun are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or we withdraw the service.
• Price changes. We may revise rates with at least 30 days' written notice; changes never apply to a licence term already paid for.

• Use the platform only for lawful school administration and only for its own institution.
• Obtain the consents the law requires — including verifiable parental consent for children's data — before adding students, parents and staff, and keep records accurate and current.
• Comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable education regulations as the Data Fiduciary for its users' data.
• Decide and configure who may see what (roles, visibility settings, add-on modules) and review those settings periodically.
• Not attempt to access another school's data, probe or overload the platform, or reverse-engineer it.

Users must not upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content; impersonate others; harass students, parents or staff; or use notices, homework or messaging features for spam or commercial promotion. The School is responsible for content posted by its users and may remove it at any time; we may remove content that breaches these terms or the law.

All data the School and its users enter belongs to the School. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. CSV exports of attendance, fees, marks, syllabus and other records are available inside the dashboard at any time; on termination we keep the School's data available for export for a limited period (normally 90 days) before deleting it.

We work to keep the platform available around the clock and schedule maintenance outside school hours where possible, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Support is available Mon – Sat, 9 AM – 7 PM IST in Hindi and English. With the School's request our support team may temporarily access its dashboard; such access is logged and clearly flagged inside the dashboard.

Online fee payments are processed by Razorpay under its own terms; messages may be delivered through SMS or WhatsApp gateways; the Android app is distributed through Google Play. We are not responsible for the availability or terms of these third parties, and their fees (if any) are borne by the School or the payer as applicable.

The platform, its design, code, curated knowledge content and the School+ / SchoolPlus names and marks are owned by Untecho and its licensors. The School receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for the licence term. School logos, names and content remain the School's property; you grant us permission to display them within the platform and, with your consent, in our marketing.

To the extent permitted by law, Untecho is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data caused by the School's own actions, or decisions the School takes based on reports in the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising in a subscription year is limited to the fees the School paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

• The School may stop using the platform at any time; fees already paid are governed by section 4.
• We may suspend access for unpaid invoices beyond the grace period, for a serious breach of these terms, or where required by law, and will notify the School's administrator.
• Either party may terminate for an uncured material breach 30 days after written notice.
• On termination, access ends, data export remains available for the period in section 7, and any fees due remain payable.

We may update these terms; the latest version is always at this address with its date. Material changes are announced to school administrators inside the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably within 30 days of it being raised; failing that, the courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction.
